Different grates – consistently high quality!
In addition to the commonly patterned
entrance grates, Alukraft also offers filled grates. In these, wooden or plastic elements in strip form are simply mounted into the steel crossbars. The steel crossbars protrude about 2 mm above the selected insert to ensure that the product retains its cleaning and anti-slip properties.
The range also includes
grates with serrated edges, which offer the added benefit of improved cleaning and anti-slip properties.

Grates are used as a replacement or complement to floor mats, both inside and outside buildings. Their solid and durable construction is an exceptional advantage in particularly demanding industrial environments, such as large warehouses or production halls with circular traffic.
Entrance grate guidelines
As with all our products, we can establish specific guidelines for our stainless steel grates.
Although the standard 33 × 11 mm grid is very optimal, we are happy to produce larger patterns according to your exact specifications.
However, please note that we cannot exceed the overall dimensions of 2000 x 2000 mm for a single grate.

Our hot-dip galvanized grates are carefully manufactured from flat bars. One flat bar is pressed over the other under high pressure.
